Fergus is a management accountant who completed his studies (B.Com Hons) at North-West University in the early eighties and started his career as a financial accountant in the corporate sector in 1988. He quickly moved through the ranks and was afforded the opportunity to become involved in strategic and corporate marketing for Denel Informatics.

He obtained his MBL degree in 1996 from the University of South Africa.

In 1997 he was responsible for GeoWorld Pty Ltd specializing in GIS software distribution in Africa.

In the year 2000, this company was incorporated into the Siltek Group and he established his own management consulting practice. Ferguson Consulting (SA) Pty Ltd worked in close collaboration with KPMG and SAB&T on various projects in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail and Training since then.

Marina Ferguson

Business and Leadership Coach

As consultant she collaborated inter alia with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Pleasure Foods and Fuel Retailers. She did not hesitate to establish two trade unions when the need arose in both the government and parastatal sectors. During this time she was actively involved in salary negotiations, as well as the integration of the TBVC states into the South African Office of the Auditor General.

Likewise, Marina represented several Employers in the Agricultural, Manufacturing, Retail, and Training sectors in wage negotiations, strikes and CCMA matters. In 1997 she obtained her Advanced Diploma in Labour Relations from The University of Johannesburg and the following year she qualified as a CCMA mediator and arbitrator as well as an Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (ADRASA) Arbitrator.

As a coach, her passion is developing young entrepreneurs and Non-profit Organisations.
